Request to Customers:-

We came to know that some Travel Agents are confirming the room booking in our “Krishna Gardens” Family Resort, even before getting a confirmation from us for their Guests. And by competition among the Travel Agents on Tariff, they undercut our Tariff and issuing confirmed Invoices to the Guests. Also the Travel Agents are giving false information about the availability of A/c &  Non-A/c rooms in our Resort. This is without our knowledge / approval and by that reason we have cancelled the contract with some Reputed Travel Agents.

So, we request to our Customers to reconfirm their booking directly by contacting Krishna Gardens, after getting a confirmation from the Travel Agents. Otherwise, you may not get accommodation or will be liable to pay the difference amount in Tariff to “Krishna Gardens” at the time of Check-in. You have the facility to send a request directly to us through our website and can know the actual status of your booking.

Room Type and the Occupancy

All the rooms are 400 sq.ft Apartment Type, with a Living room, Bedroom, Small Balcony and a Bathroom. All are fully furnished Deluxe Suites with A/c or Non-A/c optional. Only 2 Adults & 2 Children (less than 10 years)  are allowed in each room or the  3rd Adult with an extra charge.

Justification to the Review Against us by a Guest:-

The review of the given below Guest Mr. Vijaykumar Thekke Cheriyath, is completely baseless. He had booked a Non-A/c room only through Make My Trip and wanted to get A/c room at discounted rate at the time of Check-in.  The no: persons in his Group also was more than the permitted to accommodate in a room. By those reasons he had an argument with the Management Team and was creating unnecessary problem to us till his check-out time.

The Fridge was in good working condition, if he had used little common sense to put “ON” the switch or report the complaint in the Reception Counter.  As all the rooms are connected to Solar Water Heating System, there is no need of a separate Geyser in any room. He may be generous with the Mosquitoes and that may be the reason he didn’t request to get a Mosquitoes Repellent Machine, if he had that complaint.

From the above justifications, our valuable Guests can very well realize that the review of the Guest Mr. Vijaykumar is completely baseless and his intention was only to take a revenge on us.

Excellent location once you locate it. Rooms are spacious and generous with mosquito. Fridge, AC, Geyser could not be operated so cannot write on condition. Linen cleanliness was OK. Value for money otherwise.
